Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
  • Must be 18 years or older to make a booking
  • Must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete
2. Booking Process
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Booking is confirmed only after a confirmation email or reference number is issued
  • We act as an intermediary; the accommodation contract is between you and the property
3. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices displayed may include applicable taxes and fees
  • Payment accepted via listed cards / digital wallets
  • Additional charges (resort fees, city taxes) may be collected directly by the property
4. Cancellations, Modifications & Refunds
  • Cancellation policy varies by property and rate plan
  • Some rates may be non-refundable or carry cancellation fees
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
5. Check-In / Check-Out
  • Standard check-in/check-out times are set by each property
  • Valid government ID and booking card required at check-in
  • Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and possible extra charges
6. User Conduct
  • No fraudulent bookings or use of stolen payment information
  • No false, misleading, or defamatory content or reviews
  • No scraping, copying, or unauthorized use of Platform content
7. Reviews and User Content
  • Reviews must be truthful and based on genuine experience
  • Submitting content grants us a license to use and display it
  • We reserve the right to remove abusive or fraudulent content
8. Accommodation Partner Responsibilities
  • Listing details are provided by accommodation partners
  • We are not responsible for the condition or quality of accommodations
  • Stay-related disputes should first be raised with the property directly
9. Limitation of Liability
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • Total liability capped at the amount paid for the booking
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation
10. Force Majeure
  • Not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control
  • Includes natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, and government restrictions
11. Intellectual Property
  • All Platform content belongs to us or our licensors
  • No reproduction or distribution without written consent
12. Privacy
  • Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy
  • By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices
13. Third-Party Links and Services
  • Not responsible for content or practices of linked third-party sites
14. Modifications to Terms
